Transportation and charter services must be reserved in advance. A confirmation will be issued once scheduling, route details, and pricing have been approved.

Reservations

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final trip details (pickup time, location, passenger count) must be submitted at least 48 hours before service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations 7+ days before service: Full refund of deposit.

• Cancellations 3–6 days before service: 50% refund of deposit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: Deposit is non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full trip amount is due.

Delays & Scheduling

• Clients should ensure passengers are ready at the scheduled pick-up time.

• Additional waiting time may result in extra charges beyond the quoted rate.

• Transport of America is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, or events outside our control.

Passenger Conduct

To maintain safety and cleanliness:

• No smoking or illegal substances permitted.

• Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.

• Damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

Liability

Transport of America maintains full insurance and complies with all federal and state transportation regulations.

However, we are not responsible for:

• Lost or unattended personal items

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

Force Majeure

Transport of America is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, civil disturbances, or mechanical failures.

Agreement

By booking transportation or charter services with Transport of America, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above. Customized terms may be provided upon request.
